And by holidays, I mean Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, of course. China has this thing where you get to have a holiday for three days in a row, and then get to work over a weekend to "make up" two of those days. We're now moving to the middle of a long stretch of days off before working next weekend. Confused? This article may clear it up. Sortof.
In celebration, and to give advice to anyone traveling right now, an example of what I'm going to call, not Chinglish, but "Bilingual Found Poetry" (trilingual in this case - the writing on top is in the Yi language), which is a much better term, I think.
